Martin, has been brilliant from the moment he reached out. Very responsive and helpful. The program he has designed has been perfect. Challenging enough to feel the benefit but also manageable so that I am always looking forward to the next session. What can I say? I stumbled across MCD Fitness on LinkedIn and it was the best random find possible. Having played sports for years, then going to uni and losing all muscle and putting on the pounds - I wasn't happy with myself but had no motivation to exercise. Martin has made it worth while, both the exercise plan and nutrition side of it all. He listened to what I liked and don't like, what I can and can't do and made a plan to suit me. You are challenged enough, but not to the point of wanting to give up. Each time I exercise, I know I can contact him in order to make adjustments or requests and he will take them into consideration. Nutrition wise, I've always been a picky eater and have developed intolerances that don't make it easy for him - but he found meals suitable and that are tasty too!!

I've been training with Martin for over 5 years now and would definitely recommend! Before, I had issues with back pain due to hypermobility (and bad posture/not enough core strength) which have been much reduced since starting training with Martin, with sessions targeted for my needs and great focus on proper technique in the exercises. My general strength and fitness has much improved also.

Martin has a vast amount of knowledge and is reasonable priced. Here’s a massive thank you to Martin Dealey for his massive input into my personal fitness development along with the rest of the Accent team. Martin has been coaching us twice a week for over a year and I have personally seen huge benefits both mentally and physically. The most noticeable benefit is a positive mindset.  We had a slight addition of 50 burpees last week for our senior team member’s birthday which of course he was only too pleased to complete Richard Hibbert. 😊 All of the team achieved their personal best on their quarterly fitness challenge today which goes to show the benefits are tangible. Martin gives me the extra push that I need, the support and encouragement to work harder than I would be able to by myself alone. Furthermore, he is able to design my sessions so that they benefit me personally and help me achieve my goals. his advice and guidance when it comes to technique for all the different exercises is exemplary, and I find that when I work out by myself I can keep his words in mind for an all-round better workout. Outside of my exercise sessions, Martin is able to give me great advice in terms and healthy living, setting both long and short term goals, and also keep track on my progress. Finally, on a personal level I find him very easy to get along with and talk to.

Having used Martin for Online PT for six months I would recommend him to anyone looking to increase their fitness levels. He is very much about a lifestyle change which you are able to keep up for life, rather than massive changes that may be harder to keep to in the long term. Over the six months, he has set workouts which push me to my limits each time and as a result, I've almost doubled the weight on most of the exercises I've been doing! I have also had him for a number of PT sessions and in these, he always is able to motivate me to achieve beyond my expectations! Over the past 3 months he has been my Online Personal Trainer He has been working super hard to provide myself (and all his clients) workouts and nutrition plans, on top of that comes high motivation, and there is no lack in communication, follow up is always there, everyday. After trying out the 1 to 1 sessions, my lifestyle changed due to a change of job and more travelling. Martin was able to offer online sessions which are specifically targeted to my needs. It is very useful to understand the types of exercises I am able to do in a hotel room and without access to a gym. I will use this as a foundation to further my exercise regime when I am on the road. These are very intense work outs and give you just as much push as a one to one session. He follows up with calls to see how it went and tailors each work out to suit your requirements. I would recommend this for people who are keen on getting in shape but may not be in a position to go to a gym or have one to one sessions. The nutrition plan is always a bonus so you have better understanding of what foods are best for you and Martin is very knowledgeable about nutrition in general.
