My Easy Diet - The 'C Diet'.

Enough of the supplements, tough to maintain diets. Let's keep it simple



Now normally I would never class a change in any of my clients nutritional plan as a diet, however this can be an exception.

The 'C' Diet has 3 main points.

- it's simple

- it's easy to remember

- it's effective

All diets need these points. I hear so many people looking at the back of shopping items asking themselves, can I eat this? Is this healthy enough?

The idea of this diet is simple. Everything beginning with the letter C that isn't a fruit or vegetable, avoid.

For example;

Chocolate, crips, cakes, custard, cream, caramel, carbohydrates, candy.

Obviously this must go along with exercise if you are looking to lose weight. Never just be satisfied with changing your nutritional diet plan. 80% of any goal is diet but is must be backed up by the correct exercise. But I challenge you to give it a try, it is effective and will make a difference.
